Costales Nature Farms

Costales Nature Farms, a Nicert certified organic farm and a DOT accredited Agro-Tourism destination in Laguna, Philippines opens its doors to PARTNERS who wants to venture into Organic Agriculture. The JOINT VENTURE program is called Build a Greenhouse.  The program is a joint venture between Costales Nature Farms and the PARTNER.

 The primary responsibility of the PARTNER is to finance the construction and maintenance(wear and tear) of the greenhouse facility that will be built inside the premises of Costales Nature Farms. Ownership of the Greenhouse facility belongs to the PARTNER.

Costales Nature Farms will provide the required space(land area) for the greenhouse facility,  growing of high value vegetables, sales and marketing of produce.

The net profit will be shared by both parties at the end of each cropping cycle(Usually 3 months) on a 50-50 sharing scheme.  The net profit will be computed as total sales minus total expenses (input, labor, misc).

 The Build a Greenhouse program has three (3) different categories:

·         Large size Greenhouse (1000 sqm) approximately P1.3M

·         Mid size Greenhouse (500 sqm) approximately P700K

·         Small size Greenhouse (300 sqm) approximately P420K

The PARTNER is also allowed to choose from the following list of organic vegetables to be grown in his/her greenhouse:

·         Japanese Cucumber

·         French Beans

·         Lettuce(Romaine/Green Ice)

·         Arugula(baby rocket)

·         Red Cabbage

A MOA will be signed by both parties.
